Applicants who firmly accept the offer of a place at Newcastle University (UK) will be guaranteed a place in University accommodation for the first year of their studies at Newcastle. ECube Global students who spend a year in India and come to the University only in the second year are provided with guaranteed accommodation in their second year at the University. Accommodation can take the form of traditional halls of residence, student houses and university flats. This accommodation is of a high standard, with Internet access, which is maintained by an on-going programme of maintenance/modernisation. Within the Newcastle area there is also ample private accommodation available, which the University Housing Office can help with.

For the first batch of ECube Global students, the University houses a minimum of two students each in the same facility wherever possible. This is a result of ECube Global’s association with the University and is not available to other international students applying directly to the University. The facility is in line with the ECube Global’s policy of ‘traveling abroad in groups to study’. When our students are comfortable they can study better and make better futures for themselves.

Newcastle was judged to be the best student city, across five criteria, based on more than 36,000 student reviews from 56 university towns around the UK.
